Each online program is a 3 month, progressive overload training program. This means that your program will gradually increase in difficulty as you progress. So for the full 3 months, you will receive weekly check-ins, an online forum to discuss any questions, video examples of your workout program, updated workouts every 4 weeks, and daily accountability. Each meal plan is custom to you! You'll receive your own macro nutrient count, multiple meal options, specific recipes, a detailed grocery list and an approved restaurant/dining out list.
